We are offering you a manufacturer's guarantee if you register your appliance with us within 30 days of installation. Simply fill in both the homeowner and installer detail forms below and attach a copy of your Benchmark Commissioning checklist, and submit.

It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure that a fully completed Benchmark Commissioning Checklist is uploaded with the registration. Failure to do so will result in the guarantee being invalid.

Johnson & Starley Ltd accept no responsibility for missing/incorrect information being submitted, which may result in the guarantee becoming invalid.

Johnson & Starley Ltd cannot be held responsible for any information that has been lost in the post.
